Bristol Academy can confirm that Natasha Harding has left the club for a move to Washington Spirit who play in the NWSL.
Speaking about leaving Bristol, Natasha said: "I want to say a massive thank you to Bristol Academy for giving me the opportunity to be a part of the club for the past three years.
"Thank you to the supporters who have been incredible. I also want to thank Dave Edmondson for this year, he has developed me as a player even more and as a person. Last but not least I would like to thank each and every one of the girls. They mean the world to me and I will miss each and every one of them.
"However, I am very excited to start a new chapter with Washington Spirit and believe that this challenge will be great for my career."
Bristol Academy Manager, Dave Edmondson said: "It is with a mixture of sadness and excitement that we say farewell to Tash as she heads to Washington Spirit in the NWSL.
"Tash will be missed both on and off the field as much for her drive and commitment as her pace and attacking threat but the opportunity to experience life and play in the NWSL is one she can't pass up.
"Tash will remain close to the heart of BAWFC and she knows we will follow her progress in the states and we wish her well in this new endeavour.
All the staff and players at Bristol Academy WFC would like to thank Natasha for her valuable contribution to the club and wish her the best of luck for the future.
