Swansea City went through to the semi finals of the Welsh Premier Women's League Cup with a 3-1 victory away to Cardiff City FC.
Nicola Cousins had given Cardiff the lead midway through the first half, an advantage they held going into the interval, but the Swans were level within four minutes of the restart thanks to Rachel Rowe. The game remained in the balance until Jodie Passmore scored twice in the last six minutes to take Swansea into the last four.
The remaining quarter final tie between Cwmbran Celtic and Cardiff Met Ladies was postponed and will be played at a later date.
Meanwhile in the league, Newcastle Emlyn moved themselves out of the bottom three by beating Port Talbot Town 1-0. Debbie Wise scored the only goal of the game in the 23rd minute.
