Newcastle Utd inflicted a second defeat of the season on Northern Division leaders Bradford City. Beth Diamond, Lauren Driver and Myriam Neaimeh scored their goals with Abigail Lee replying for Bradford whose lead has been trimmed to a single point. Sheffield FC are a further four points in adrift in third after scoring nine without reply past Leeds Ladies. Jess Heald was on target four times and Sydney Shugafi weighed in with a hat-trick, with one apiece from Brooke Chappell and Nikki Hogg.
Cardiff City Ladies moved into second place in the Midland Division following a 5-1 success away to Coventry City. Sophie Gidley netted twice for Cardiff, who now trail leaders Nottingham Forest by four points, with Zoe Atkins, Hannah Mills and Heather Strating adding the others. Dayna Randall and Emily Gillott scored the goals as Derby County defeated Leicester City Women 2-1.
Southern Division leaders West Ham Utd crashed to a 3-0 defeat at the hands of Charlton Athletic for whom Francesca Tye (2) and Olivia Cole. The Hammers still have a four-point advantage over the Addicks and Brighton & Hove Albion who stay second after beating Crystal Palace 2-1, thanks to a Paige Baker double. A Charmaine Benham brace and an own goal saw Queen's Park Rangers to a 3-2 victory over Gillingham whilst C & K Basildon defeated Lewes by the same scoreline with a goal apiece from Paidamoyo Debza, Lauren Knight and Nicola Carty. Chichester City made it two wins on the trot when scoring six without reply against Bedford Ladies. Lauren Ellis bagged a brace and there was one each from Levi Thorpe, Juliette Teague, Gemma Halford and Skye Gould.
One match was played in the FA WSL Development League, two strikes from Latoya Bailey giving Millwall Lionesses a 2-0 win at London Bees which lifts them into fourth place in the Southern Division.
