Millwall Lionesses are looking to strengthen their back room staff, ahead of the 2015 WSL season, by recruiting an Assistant Physiotherapist and an Assistant Goalkeeping Coach.
These exciting new roles will work directly with the Millwall Lionesses Women's Super League and WSL Development Squads, and will predominantly be based at the Club's Beckenham and Bromley training centers.
Flexibility, commitment and an ability to work within a team are key qualities for any potential applicant. Both roles must be available to work during evening training sessions and weekends.
Applicants for the Physiotherapist post will be required to provide the best possible support, advice and treatment for our players. Working in partnership with our Head of Physiotherapy and Strength & Conditioning team, you will have a passion for injury prevention, recovery and rehabilitation.
The Assistant Physiotherapist role will report directly to the Head of Physiotherapy and the Senior Management team.
Essential requirements for the role:
* Qualified Chartered Physiotherapist
* Experience required in a sporting environment
* Flexible attitude and an understanding of the demands of women's football
Assistant Goalkeeping Coach
Working closely with our Senior management staff, the Assistant Goalkeeper Coach will be expected to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the Lionesses goalkeepers, with a view to helping them maximize their potential. You will also be required to analyze the in game performance of our development team goalkeepers during matches.
Essential Requirements for the role:
* UEFA B Licence in Coaching Goalkeepers
* Member of the FA Licensed Coaches Club
* Attend all CPD events as Required
* In date FA Safeguarding and Emergency Aid certificates
