Rookettes end run in style
 Women's Football News 9 Mar 2015
Lewes got back to winning ways in the Southern Division but added to Copsewood (Coventry)'s worries with a 5-0 victory.
Kim Stenning, Sian Heather, Kelly Newton, Katie McIntyre and Chloe Winchester all scored a goal apiece to give the Rookettes a result which takes them back into mid-table, whilst Copsewood remain in the bottom two.
Two teams in the bottom four met each other in an important clash and it was Queen's Park Rangers who returned home with the points after winning 1-0 at Gillingham. Gemma Rudman scored a precious injury time winner for Rangers which takes them above the Gills and five points ahead of the bottom two places, with several games in hand.
Plymouth Argyle played host to West Ham Utd and fought out their second goalless draw in successive weeks, which moves them even closer to safety whilst the Hammers remain in sixth place.
