Advantage Sheffield after narrow win
 Women's Football News 1 Apr 2015
Sheffield FC have taken the advantage in the title race following a 1-0 victory over rivals Coventry City on Sunday.
A goal midway through the first half by Danielle Cox ensures that Sheffield have a three point lead over the Sky Blues but both teams still have seven matches to play.
Bradford City are back up into third place after recording a crushing 10-1 win against Wolverhampton Wanderers, who condemned to finishing on the bottom of the table following this result. Rachel Lee and Sarah Danby both hit hat-tricks for the Bantams whose other goals came from Molly Mae-Sharp, Charlotte Stuart, Danielle Whitham and Chantelle O'Hara while Dominique Luke grabbed a consolation for Wolves.
Sporting Club Albion meanwhile put an end to their five-match run without a win with an important 2-0 success away to Nottingham Forest. Goals from Kayleigh Griffiths and Summer Holmes extended the gap between Albion and the bottom two places to five points.
