Leicester take second place
 Women's Football News 13 May 2015

Northern Division One
Third placed Leeds Ladies rounded off a good season on a winning note, with a 1-0 success away to Tranmere Rovers. A last minute goal from Hannah Campbell gave Leeds their second victory over the Birkenhead side in successive weeks.

Middlesbrough follow on in fourth place after they shared a 2-2 draw with Mossley Hill. The Merseysiders twice took the lead during the game with goals from Carla Lee and Megan Brodie, with Emma Foster and Jenni Duffy equalising for 'Boro on each occasion.

Midlands Division One
Leicester City Women claimed the runners-up spot behind title winners Loughborough Foxes with a 3-2 win against Curzon Ashton. Chyna McIntosh, Becky Knight and Chantelle Robinson were all on target for Leicester, with Curzon replying through Gillian Munro and Rachel Parkinson.

Leafield Athletic will have to wait and see if they will finish in the top three after they completed their campaign by beating Rotherham Utd 4-1. Leigh Dugmore was on target twice for Leafield along with Sade Alaka and Jade Hewitt, Bradie Wild grabbing Rotherham's consolation.

Steel City Wanderers look to have completed a remarkable escape from relegation following their 2-1 success away to Leicester City Ladies. Lucy Smith and Maria Burns scored the goals to hand the Steels their fourth win in five matches and only a huge defeat in their final match can now condemn them.

Mansfield Town meanwhile ran out 5-2 winners over FC Reedswood but this result may not be enough for them. Rachael Mullen (2), Jemma Douglas, Lucy Webster and Kirsty Walton were all on the scoresheet for Mansfield, while Reedswood replied through Tash Hughes and Kyrie Ball.

South East Division One
Milton Keynes Dons kept their title chances alive as they ended their campaign on a winning note, beating C & K Basildon 2-1. A win would have given C & K the title but Claire Hollingsworth and Heather McDonnell gave the Dons a win which takes them top of the table, Zoe Rushen grabbing a late consolation for Basildon (see match report).
