Crusaders Strikers have replaced Newry City at the top of the Northern Ireland Women's Premier League after beating them 3-2 on Wednesday night.
Newry had gone into the game sporting a 100% record but goals from Alex Ogle, Danielle McDowell and Amy McGivern saw Crusaders end their run. Aoife Lennon and Grace Murray replied for Newry who are now one point behind, in second place.
Linfield are a further two points adrift in third following their 5-0 victory against Mid Ulster Ladies. Amber Dempster led the scoring for Linfield with a hat-trick and their other markswomen were Alison Smyth and Clare Timoney.
Glentoran Belfast Utd are up into mid-table after picking up a much needed 3-2 win against Sion Swifts.
The bottom two in the table met each other having been beaten in every game so far but both are now off the mark after Cliftonville Ladies and Ballymena Allstars battled out a goalless draw.
