Queen's Park Rangers will travel to Belgium for a pre-season training camp in August.
Based in Ostend, Martino Chevannes - whose side have previously toured in Belgium - is hoping to arrange two friendlies during the R's five-day stay on the Belgian coast.
The trip precedes a second successive term in the FA Women's Premier League, which begins later the same month, as Rangers aim to improve on last season's ninth place finish.
"Pre-season, as always, is hugely important," Chevannes told www.qprlfc.co.uk. "The trip to Belgium will provide us with the perfect opportunity for us to prepare properly ahead of the new campaign.
"We are hopeful of strengthening the squad during the summer and it will give us the chance to work on numerous aspects in a professional environment as well as specifics around team shape and patterns of play, whilst helping any new signings gel with the rest of the group.
"It'll be a useful team-bonding exercise for the players, who I'm sure will be looking forward to it. Spending time together will also allow us to make sure we're in the best possible condition, both mentally and physically, so we can hit the ground running come the start of the season."
Prior to the trip, QPR Ladies are looking to add to both the First Team and Reserve Team squads ahead of the new season - on the lookout for players with experience at FAWSL, FAWPL or similar level. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to register your interest.
Chevannes and co. depart for Belgium on Thursday 6th August. Details of the friendlies in Belgium will be announced in due course.
