London Bees 1 (Gaylor 21) Arsenal 3 (Humphrey 61, Natalia 62,72)
Carla Humphrey and Natalia Pablos Sanchon were on target as Arsenal came from behind to win their Continental Cup clash at London Bees.
Amber Gaylor put the home side ahead in the first half when she turned in the box and struck the ball into the bottom corner. However, Arsenal dominated the second half as Humphrey equalised before a brace from substitute Natalia secured their progression.
Evie Clarke went through on goal in the 13th minute but Bees' goalkeeper Sophie Harris spread herself well to prevent an early Arsenal goal.
The hosts took the lead 21 minutes in when Gaylor had time to turn in the area and find the bottom corner.
Just before half time, Chloe Kelly delivered a dangerous ball into the box which found Rianna Dean, but her attempt went straight at Harris.
Arsenal finally equalised just after the hour mark when Humphrey raced through to chip the onrushing keeper from distance. Just a minute later, Natalia placed a calm finish into the corner to put the Gunners ahead for the first time in the match.
Continuing to impress down the flank, Humphrey then assisted Natalia in the 72nd minute as she pulled the ball back for the Spaniard to drill past the outstretched Harris.
