Notts County 2 (Clarke pen 81, Williams 90) Manchester City 2 (Houghton 45,54)
Notts County snatched a draw from the jaws of defeat as a last minute goal from Rachel Williams completed the Lady Pies' comeback from two goals behind.
The away side started the brighter of the two teams and they made the early pressure show when County failed to clear a corner and Steph Houghton latched onto the loose ball and fired home.
Nikita Parris almost made it two before the break but saw her header bounce back off the crossbar but it was the visitors who were looking like they would kill the game off.
That pattern stayed the same in the second period and Houghton doubled her tally with a wonderful free kick that left Carly Telford with no chance.
But the hosts were given a lifeline with ten minutes to go when Lucy Bronze was adjudged to have handled in the box and Jess Clarke turned home the resultant spot kick.
The comeback was complete and the home fans were sent into raptures with time ticking down as Rachel Williams burst past Houghton and poked the ball past Karen Bardsley.
