Beth Diamond and Lauren Driver scored the goals as Northern Division leaders Newcastle Utd won 2-0 against Huddersfield Town. Blackburn Rovers stay second after beating Bradford City 6-0, Alice Adams hitting a hat-trick along with Georgia Lambe, Thea Mallett and Abby Bennett, and Leeds Ladies are also three points behind following their 4-1 success over Hull City in which Jasmine Saxton (2), Martha Ohr and Eleanor Regan all scored. Chloe Map was on target five times as Stockport County notched up an 8-2 victory over Middlesbrough, Lucy Kilheeney, Katherine Jones and Jo Blodgett all joined her on the scoresheet.
 
The top two in the Midland Division did not play and this gave Derby County a chance to catch up with them, which they did with a 6-2 victory over Loughborough Students. Hannah Jones netted four goals and Jade Eaglefield weighed in with the other two. Stoke City also moved to within two points of top spot by beating Nottingham Forest 2-1 with goals from Jade Boulton and Coral O'Keefe.
 
Tottenham Hotspur are three points clear in the Southern Division after Eleanor Butterwick, Ronnell Humes, Davina Smith and Emily Tibbs gave them a 4-0 win over Southampton Saints. Queen's Park Rangers beat Chichester City 3-1, goals from Zemeka Clarke, Dominika Netschova and Mariko Engels taking them up to second place. Portsmouth follow on after scoring eight without reply past Bedford Ladies, Ellie Bloomfield and Rebecca Bell each bagging hat-tricks along with Hannah Reed and Rebekah Tonks. Charlton Athletic defeated Lewes 4-0 with Shaana Giordani, Kylie Manktelow, Olivia Thompson and Charlotte Lee netting their goals, whilst a strike from Amy Gullefer gave West Ham Utd victory against Crystal Palace.
 
Sheffield FC made their first ever appearance in the FA WSL Development League Cup and ran out 5-0 winners over Notts County. Ella Hartley led the scoring with a four-goal haul and Ellie Gilliatt was also on target. Issy Hayes (2), Zoe Tynan (2), Katie Kitching and Ellie Doggett were on the scoresheet as Manchester City defeated Everton 6-1. Reading FC Women join them in the next round following a 2-1 victory over Watford, Hannah Knapton netting both goals.
