Bradford City have had a great record in the Reserve Section League Cup in recent seasons and they are through to the quarter finals once again after beating Stoke City 2-1. Sophie Brown and Katie Nutter scored for the former winners, with Rachael Ball replying. Cardiff City Ladies, runners-up two years ago, defeated Southampton Saints 3-1 courtesy of Zoe Atkins, Stephanie Venn and an own goal. Rachel Sherrard grabbed the only goal as Huddersfield Town won 1-0 against Loughborough Students and Blackburn Rovers were 2-1 victors away to Leicester City Women thanks to Thea Mallett and Ainsley Strickland. A Sharna Longville brace and Delaenam Olympio earned Crystal Palace a 3-1 win over Lewes whilst Shona Chitate-Samuriwo and Shakira Waithe were the markswomen as Tottenham Hotspur beat Brighton & Hove Albion 2-0.
 
Hull City continue their climb up the Northern Division table and are out of the bottom two after Cassandra Milestone and Evie Hepworth gave them a 2-1 victory over Leeds Ladies.
 
In the Midland Division, Nottingham Forest are two points off the pace following their 2-1 win against Coventry Utd, Nicole Allen and Georgia Gladwin scoring their goals with Demi Whetton replying.
 
Charlton Athletic narrowed the gap on Southern Division leaders Tottenham Hotspur to two points by winning 4-2 at Queen's Park Rangers, Darcy Wells netting twice along with Kylie Manktelow and Leigh Houlihan. Nicole Keen and Ellie Bloomfield were on the scoresheet as Portsmouth defeated Chichester City 2-0.
 
Danielle Brown and Madelaine Hill scored the goals as FA WSL Development League Northern Division leaders Sunderland won 2-1 at Doncaster Rovers Belles to stay three points ahead of Sheffield FC, who beat Liverpool 3-1 thanks to a Jodie Michalska hat-trick. Charlie Wellings also scored three for Birmingham City in their 4-4 draw with Everton, Keeley Davies adding the other. Issy Hayes bagged a five-goal haul, with Ceri Holland and Georgia Stanway also on target for Manchester City in their 7-0 victory over Aston Villa and Durham Women defeated Notts County 2-0 with strikes from Jordon Atkinson and Courtney Corrie.
 
The top three all recorded victories in the Southern Division; Arsenal won 4-0 at Watford with Chloe Kelly (2), Lucy Parker and Rianna Dean on target whilst Reading FC Women scored seven without reply past London Bees. Hannah Knapton netted four times with one apiece from Shanade Hopcroft, Hannah MacKenzie and Stacey Wiggins. Millie Farrow and Rachel Hardy scored the goals as Chelsea beat Oxford Utd 2-0. Millwall Lionesses meanwhile won 4-0 against Bristol Academy, Anna Williams scoring twice along with Otesha Charles and Elle-Louise Butcher.
