Brighton & Hove Albion are back on top of the Southern Division after beating West Ham Utd 1-0.
Deanna Cooper scored the only goal of the game with sixteen minutes remaining to break the Hammers' resistance and see her side go back above Cardiff City Ladies, who did not play.
Charlton Athletic are just three points off the pace in third place following their hard fought 2-1 win over Queen's Park Rangers at The Valley. Kit Graham and Charley Clifford scored the goals either side of half time for the Addicks, with Rangers replying through a late free kick from Danielle Puddefoot.
Coventry Utd kept themselves in touch with the leading sides by winning 4-0 way to Lewes, lifting themselves into fourth in the process. Ashleigh Neville gave them the lead and Natasha Lynch added the second, before Helen Dermody and Lynch, with her second on the day, wrapped up the points after half time.
Portsmouth meanwhile produced one of their best results of the season in defeating Tottenham Hotspur 4-0. Lucy Quinn and Ini Umotong both netted braces whilst at the other end, Pompey keeper Courtney Trodd saved a penalty.
