PILCS continued their defence of the Welsh Premier Women's League Cup by winning 3-2 away to Cwmbran Celtic and booking their place in the semi finals.
Jasse Vasconcelos scored twice and Alana Murphy the other as PILCS avenged their recent FAW Women's Cup defeat at the hands of Cwmbran.
Cardiff Met Ladies meanwhile stormed into the last four on the back of a 9-2 victory over MBi Llandudno. Erin Murray and Abi Fever both scored inside the opening twenty minutes, with Ellis Parsons and Robyn Pinder adding further goals before half time. After the break, Ellie Sargent and Aimee Todd each bagged doubles and Parsons netted her second to round off the scoring.
Cardiff City FC are also in the semi finals following a 4-2 win against local rivals Cyncoed Ladies. Nicola Cousins, in her first game of the season, was on target for City before leading scorer Shannon Evans hit a hat-trick, taking her tally for the season to fifteen.
The other quarter final tie between Aberystwyth Town and Swansea City was postponed because of a waterlogged pitch.
