Doncaster Rovers Belles has secured another of its promotion winning squad after talisman Kasia Lipka penned professional terms with the club.
Lipka, who has represented England from Under-15s to Under-23 level, was an ever present in Belles' successful charge into FA WSL 1 - playing a pivotal role from the heart of midfield.
The 22-year-old, from Sheffield, said: "It feels absolutely brilliant. Becoming a professional footballer is something I've always wanted. I never thought I'd get the opportunity to do it. It's brilliant.
"I've been here for six seasons now so to be able to start here and push on is great. I have strong feelings towards the club, it feels like a family to me so it's great to be able to stay here.
"I always wanted to stay here but getting promoted and going full time made it a very easy decision."
Lipka, who lives in Leeds, has been hailed as a "coach's dream" by Belles chief Glen Harris. He added: "Kash is comfortable on the ball, wants to get on the ball and has a tremendous work ethic. She's always keen to improve.
"Her desire to commit to full time training and develop herself as a footballer for next season is once again exciting for the club."
Lipka, a Great Britain gold medallist in the 2013 World University Games football team, joined Belles in 2009 from the Sheffield United Academy and made her Doncaster debut at the age of 16 against Blackburn Rovers.
