Midland Division leaders Nottingham Forest went down to a 3-2 defeat at the hands of Derby County. Philippa Cassidy netted the late winner for Derby to add to earlier strikes from Harriet Crossley and Georgina Williams, Alana Crawford and Eleanor Betteridge replying for Forest. Chyna McIntosh (2), Alice Smith (2), Mercedes White, Rhyiannea Anderson and Lauren Handley were on the scoresheet as Leicester City Women ran out 7-0 winners over Sporting Khalsa and Loughborough Students picked up their first point of the season from a 2-2 draw with Coventry Utd. In the South Division, Chichester City moved themselves out of the bottom three when they won 3-2 against Lewes. Skye Gould netted twice and Stephanie Mills the other to earn Chi their second league victory of the season, while the Rookettes responded through Gabrielle Baldock and Molly Miller. This was the only game in the division to be completed as the match between West Ham Utd and Queen's Park Rangers was abandoned.
