Liverpool have completed the signing of Scotland international Caroline Weir from Bristol Academy.
Scotland international Weir is a highly rated midfielder with a keen eye for goal who joined the Vixens during the mid-season break in 2015.
Twenty year-old Weir has also previously played for Arsenal where she won the FA Women's Cup in 2014 as the Gunners beat Everton 2-0 in the final at Milton Keynes' stadium:mk.
On signing for Liverpool, Weir said: "Liverpool Ladies are a really ambitious Club and I am confident that we can win more trophies over the next few seasons.
"It is a great move for me. There are so many talented players here and I am really looking forward to playing alongside them in order to develop my game."
Speaking on the move of Weir, Liverpool Ladies manager Scott Rogers said: "Caroline is an exciting, young player who has huge potential. Having watched her performances for Bristol Academy and Scotland, I am confident that she can provide us with a real goal threat from midfield."
