Coventry edge past Feds
 Women's Football News 1 Feb 2016
Coventry Utd survived a tough challenge from Liverpool Marshalls Feds before booking their place in the semi finals with a narrow 1-0 victory.
Helen Dermody scored the only goal of the game, just after the hour, to steer her side into the last four.
Keynsham Town stormed into their first ever national semi final with a 4-0 success away to Loughborough Students. Leanne Lapham gave them the lead during the first half and two goals in two minutes from Pilar Garcia put Barrie Newton's side in control of matters, before Justine Lorton-Radburn wrapped up the scoring eight minutes from time.
Newcastle Utd made the long, long journey to Gillingham a worthwhile one as they defeated the Kent side 3-0. Ellie Dobson, Emma Hewitt and Ellen Turnbull scored the goals to take the Magpies safely through (see match report).
