Belles midfielder Kasia Lipka is enjoying the rigours of pre-season training as the team continue to prepare for their return to FA WSL1 in 2016.
The longest serving member of the squad signed her first professional deal with the Belles in the off season and feels the team is benefitting from going full time.
She said: "We're enjoying being full time. We feel like we've hit the ground running; we've already noticed a difference."
Glen Harris has brought in a number of new faces to bolster the squad, including Icelandic international Katrin Omarsdottir and Becky Easton and Lipka believes the competition for places can only be positive.
"Everyone hit it off straight away. We had a team bonding day and everyone just got on from the off. We're now starting to gel on the pitch as well," she added.
"The competition all over the pitch is great which gives us a lot of options. We have so many different types of players and it's a long season so to have a strong squad is really important."
