Coventry Utd swept into the Premier League Plate Final with an impressive performance as they defeated Keynsham Town 7-0.
Ashleigh Neville gave Coventry the lead after six minutes, with Maz Gauntlett adding a second shortly afterwards, and Amber Hughes put them further ahead before half time. Gauntlett completed her double on the hour and Hughes netted her second two minutes afterwards, then an unfortunate own goal from Jade Lorton-Radburn made it six. Hughes rounded off the scoring with her hat-trick goal to complete a convincing win for Coventry, who are still yet to concede a goal in the competition.
Coventry will be up against Enfield Town, who caused a surprise in the other semi final by beating Newcastle Utd 2-0. Alena Beganovic gave Enfield - who also have not let in a goal in their cup run - a first half lead and Chloe Bassett wrapped up the win six minutes from time (see match report).
