Hamilton Academicals kept up their 100% start to the season with a 10-1 victory away to Queen's Park, which keeps them two points ahead at the top of SWPL 2. Lori Gardner led the scoring with a hat-trick and Lauren Kerr added two with Gillian Inglis, MT McGuiness, Amie McGill, Lauren Gallon and an own goal completing the tally. Ashley McKeown netted a consolation for the Spiders. Hearts are leading the chasing teams after they ran out 4-1 winners over Jeanfield Swifts. Ashley Carse was on target twice along with Brogan Anderson and Rebecca Smith, with Danni McGinley replying. Glasgow Girls replaced Buchan Ladies in the top three after beating them 3-1. Samantha McManus netted a goal in each half and Georgie McTear was also on target. Inverness City registered their first point of the season when sharing a 1-1 draw with Hutchison Vale. Beth MacLeod gave Hutchie the lead during the first half but Inverness battled back after the break and equalised.
