Derby County rounded off the season in the Midland Division with a 6-0 victory over Loughborough Students. Hannah Jones netted two of the goals and there was one apiece from Amber-Leigh Denny, Jade Eaglefield, Emily Gillott and Zoe Gretton.
South Division leaders Tottenham Hotspur finished their fixtures by beating Crystal Palace 2-0, thanks to goals from Annabelle Colston and Dionne Manning. Spurs now face a wait to see if they will win the title as Brighton & Hove Albion need to win their remaining match in order to overtake them. The Seagulls guaranteed themselves at least the runners-up spot by scoring ten times without reply past Chichester City. Bronwen Thomas led the scoring with a hat-trick, Kim Stenning netted twice and also on target were Natalie Taylor, Beth Norman and Annie Rolf.
The title race in the FA WSL Development League Northern Division is over after Sunderland clinched the Championship with a 3-0 victory over Everton, with three matches left to play. Sheffield FC were unable to take an opportunity to move into second place when they were held to a goalless draw by Durham Women.
One match was played in the Southern Division and it saw Arsenal open up a lead of three points after winning their top of the table clash 3-1 against Reading FC Women. The Gunners went into the game having reclaimed the leadership with victory over Oxford Utd a few days earlier and they strengthened their position with goals from Anne-Marie Filbey, Charlotte Devlin and Georgia Allen, Reading replying through Shanade Hopcroft.
