Reading dig in for point
 Women's Football News 31 Jul 2016
Reading FC Women 1 (Follis 63) Notts County 1 (Buet 39)
A second half equaliser from Emma Follis earned Reading their sixth draw in nine matches as they shared the points with Notts County at Adams Park.
The result was enough to take the Royals out of the bottom two places but they still await their first ever victory in the top flight whilst the Lady Pies continue to edge towards mid-table security.
Danielle Buet opened the scoring with a sublime free kick just before half time to give the Lady Pies a valuable lead, but Follis cut inside from the left and unleashed a dipping effort into the top right corner on 63 minutes.
The scoreline stayed at 1-1 until full time, Jade Boho-Sayo going close for Reading, although Notts County could have won it at the death when Jess Clarke and Aileen Whelan were both denied by a stunning double block by Rebecca Jane.
Reading FC Women: Mary Earps, Rebecca Jane, Kayleigh Hines (sub Lois Roche 74mins), Kirsty McGee, Emma Follis, Lauren Bruton, Jade Boho-Sayo, Kylie Davies, Sophie Perry, Melissa Fletcher (sub Remi Allen 57mins), Rachel Rowe.
Subs not used: Chloe Sansom, Laura-May Walkley, Helen Ward, Amber Stobbs, Nia Jones.

Notts County: Megan Walsh, Maja Krantz, Aivi Luik, Dani Buet, Jess Clarke, Ellen White, Jo Potter, Jade Moore, Angharad James (sub Rachel Williams 72mins), Aileen Whelan, Laura Bassett. Subs not used: Fern Whelan, Amy Turner, Leanne Crichton, Alice Hassell.
