Notts County 0 Arsenal 2 (Oshoala 46, Walsh og 70) Arsenal kept themselves in the running for a Champions League place after two second half goals gave them a hard earned victory at Meadow Lane. The home side probably shaded a keenly contested - but ultimately goalless - first-half. However within moments of the restart, Asisat Oshoala pounced on a short pass to skip past Megan Walsh and slot the ball into an empty net to give the visitors the lead, before Emma Byrne's dismissal for a professional foul on Lady Pies striker Ellen White came just after the hour. As the game opened up, Notts County had their best period with both Jess Clarke and White going close, but they were dealt a killer blow midway through the half, when Walsh dropped the ball into her own net under no pressure. The home side searched for an opening to get back into the game but late chances for both Aivi Luik and Clarke were well saved by Arsenal substitute goalkeeper Sari Van Veenendaal.
