Newcastle Utd were unable to take an opportunity to go level on points with the top two in the Northern Division as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Bradford City. Indeed, Bradford led for much of the second half through a Keavy Smith goal, before Becca Hanson equalised for the Magpies with three minutes remaining. Fylde Ladies were also frustrated in their attempts to join the leading sides, going down to a 5-1 defeat at the hands of Middlesbrough. Sarah Cramer and Harriet Dryden netted two goals apiece for 'Boro, with Lindsey Halbrook also getting on the scoresheet.
Leicester City Women have gone three points clear at the top of the Midland Division after they defeated Cardiff City Ladies 5-1. Gabriella Reid was on target four times for Leicester, with Eleanor Towers adding the other, while Cardiff's consolation came from Jemma Heath. Jade Eaglefield netted twice along with Amber-Leigh Denny, Hannah Jones and Danielle Oxley for Derby County as they went level on points with second placed Stoke City with a 5-0 victory over Sporting Khalsa.
Southern Division leaders Tottenham Hotspur were held to a 3-3 draw by West Ham Utd who scored through Stephaney Bent, Chloe Burr and Whitney Locke. Spurs' advantage has been cut to four points by Charlton Athletic who beat Denham Utd 7-1. Liberty Morrice-Bartlett hit a hat-trick for the Addicks whose other markswomen were Abbie Measures, Maisie Joyce, Florence Jackson and Amy Nash. Lizzie O'Callaghan (2), Neethu Haridas and Rae Roberts were on the scoresheet for Queen's Park Rangers as they won 4-1 against C & K Basildon to go fourth, just ahead of Lewes who were 5-3 victors at Milton Keynes Dons. Gabby Baldock led the scoring for the Rookettes with a hat-trick, while Ellie Smith and Florence Pollock added the others.
