Demi Devereaux and Leah Foster were on the scoresheet as Northern Division leaders Fylde Ladies battled out a 2-2 draw with Huddersfield Town. Raegen Cartledge and Ella Harris scored for Huddersfield, who stay in fourth. Fylde are now three points ahead after second placed Newcastle Utd went down to a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Guiseley Vixens, who scored through Keegan Lambert and Maria Abad Sangra. Bradford City meanwhile defeated Hull City 5-1, Jade Brindle bagging herself a four-goal haul and Meg Lawson adding the other.
In the Midland Division, West Bromwich Albion moved to within two points of leaders Leicester City Women after they won 2-1 against Sporting Khalsa. Shannon Kelly and Lucy Finch netted for Albion, with Rebecca Gill-Parsons replying. Stoke City follow on after they drew 2-2 with Nottingham Forest, Abbie Iddenden and Naomi Sale-Hancock were on target for Stoke, with Forest's goals coming from Sophia Bonser and Francesca Wilson. An Eva Rogers hat-trick and an own goal earned Loughborough Foxes their second point of the season, sharing eight goals with Derby County who scored through Emily Gillott (2), Danielle Oxley and Cecilia Webb.
Tottenham Hotspur preserved their lead of four points in the Southern Division as Cheryl Williams and Amy Makewell gave them a 2-1 win away to Milton Keynes Dons and second placed Charlton Athletic were 4-1 victors at Queen's Park Rangers thanks to Maisie Joyce, Victoria Mahy, Emily Ashcroft and Hannah Nebbitt. Isha Kamara netted the only goal of the game for Crystal Palace as they went third by beating West Ham Utd 1-0 and a Charmaine True hat-trick spearheaded Portsmouth's 6-0 victory over Denham Utd, Kayleigh Tonks (2) and Beth Roche adding the others. Therese Addison netted a brace along with Sophie Rhodes and Lacie Winsor-Claydon for C & K Basildon as they edged out Southampton Saints 4-3.
The FA WSL Development League returned to action following its mid-season break and Liverpool head the Northern Division by seven points after winning 4-1 away to Sheffield FC. Birmingham City netted five times without reply at Notts County, goals coming from Ellie Brazil (2), Keeley Davies (2) and Laura Davies. Manchester City are third after beating Sunderland 2-0 and Everton were also 2-0 winners over Doncaster Rovers Belles. Louise Welch and Chloe Allen were on the scoresheet for Durham Women in their 2-1 victory away to Aston Villa.
Brighton & Hove Albion have gone six points clear at the top of the Southern Division following their 2-0 victory over Oxford Utd. Yeovil Town won 3-2 at Bristol City to go third, just ahead of Reading FC Women who beat London Bees 4-1 thanks to a Tasmin de Bunsen brace, Daisy McLachlan and Beth Burgess.
