East Midlands League
In the only match played in the league on Sunday, Peterborough Northern Star stepped up their challenge to finish as runners-up in the Premier Division after they won 4-0 away to Rise Park. Louise Barbour (2), Leah Barnes and Cassie Steward were all on the scoresheet for Northern Star who need to beat newly crowned Champions Sheffield Utd in their final game to stand any realistic chance of pipping Bedworth Utd to second place.
Eastern Region League
Cambridge City rounded off a successful season with a 2-0 victory away to Hutton. Robyn Phillips and Isabella Simmons netted the goals to ensure their campaign ended on a winning note, finishing top of the Division One table by a whopping margin of sixteen points.
London & South East League
Leyton Orient were another Champion team to finish off their season with a victory, scoring eight times without reply when beating Fulham FC Foundation at the Matchroom Stadium. Ella Meadowcroft led the scoring with a hat-trick, Sophie Le Marchand weighed in with a brace and there was one apiece from Francesca Cagetti, Jasmine Campbell and Connie Montiel-McCann.
North East League
Wallsend Boys Club kept up their chances of claiming a top three place in the Premier Division with a 5-0 victory over East Yorkshire Carnegie. Jessica Clark hit a hat-trick for Wallsend and she was joined on the scoresheet by Michaela McHugh and Catherine Shields. Elsewhere, Megan Bramham grabbed the only goal of the game for York City as they came away from Scunthorpe & Bottesford with a 1-0 win under their belts.
Sheffield Wednesday's 2-1 win over Malet Lambert secured the Southern Division runners-up spot and a promotion play-off match at York this Sunday against Hartlepool Utd who finished in second place in the Northern Division. Stacey Buxton and Michelle Wakelin were the Wednesday scorers as they joined champions Farsley Celtic in completing their home fixtures unbeaten, Natalie Nelson replying for Malet.
South West League
Poole Town secured themselves a top three finish in the Premier Division as they won 3-0 away to Downend Flyers. Emma Acott netted two of the goals for the Dorset side and Katherine Preston was also on target. They will end up one place in front of Bishop's Lydeard who were 2-1 victors over Keynsham Town Development, whose consolation came from Enya Wilkinson.
Southern Region League
There was other action in the league apart from the Cup Finals on Sunday, with two matches taking place in Division One. Oxford City Nomads and Woodley Utd battled out a 2-2 draw, Rosie Page-Smith scoring both goals for Woodley. Winchester City Flyers meanwhile ran out 3-0 winners away to Fleet Town, Francesca Thornton netting twice along with Angelique Morley.
West Midlands League
Champions Burton Albion completed their season with their fifteenth victory in eighteen matches, scoring seven times without reply against runners-up Crusaders at the Pirelli Stadium. Jordan Atkin led the scoring with a hat-trick and there was one apiece from Natasha Rothery, Jemma Grimadell, Amy Ramsdale and Hayley Sutton for Burton who therefore win the title by a margin of sixteen points.
On the final day of the season in Division One North, Wyrley Ladies took the runners-up spot on goal difference after battling out a 4-4 draw with Stone Dominoes. Wyrley finish just ahead of Leek Town who have to settle for third place despite winning 2-0 against Shrewsbury Town.
