Hannah Blundell and Beth Mead scored a goal apiece as England Under-23s defeated Norway 2-0 to win the annual Nordic Tournament.
Blundell halted a Norwegian attack, played a one-two with Mead and calmly slotted the ball home to give the Young Lionesses a 13th minute lead.
Mead then sealed the victory by finishing off a patient England move just before the half hour mark.
It might have got even better after the break, only for Marieanne Spacey's side to hit the bar three times in five second half minutes.
It mattered not, though, and the result ensured a third England team collected silverware in as many days, following the Young Lions' Toulon Tournament and World Cup triumphs at the weekend.
England: Sophie Baggaley, Hannah Blundell, Jess Carter, Leah Williamson, Aoife Mannion, Gabby George, Melissa Lawley (sub Beth England 65mins), Keira Walsh, Beth Mead, Millie Turner, Abbey Leigh Stringer (sub Molly Bartrip 82mins). Subs not used: Megan Walsh, Sarah Mayling, Claudia Walker, Paige Williams, Jodie Brett, Meaghan Sargeant, Freda Ayisi.
