Charlotte Gurr scored a first half hat-trick to fire Charlton Athletic to a 3-1 victory at Cardiff City Ladies which keeps them five points clear at the top of the Southern Division.
Cori Williams replied for Cardiff after the break but the home side could not prevent the Addicks from chalking up their seventh straight win.
Lewes continue to head the chasing teams and kept up their own good run of form by beating West Ham Utd 3-0. Leeta Rutherford put the Rookettes in front just before the interval and they sealed the win with second half strikes from Katie McIntyre and Rebecca Carter.
Crystal Palace consolidated themselves in third place with a 2-0 win against Portsmouth. Gemma Bryan once again turned out to be the match winner for Palace by netting a goal in each half.
Zoe Rushen scored the only goal of the game as C & K Basildon defeated Queen's Park Rangers 1-0 to keep themselves within the top four places.
There were plenty of goals on offer at Swindon Town where the home side found the net four times but went down to their sixth defeat on the trot. Charley Wilson-Blakely hit a hat-trick, Cherelle Khassel weighed in with a brace and there was one apiece from Hollie Wride and Alex Collighan as Chichester City ran out 7-4 winners, while Swindon replied through a goal each from Abby Picton, Mia Mugford, Annie Martin and Sophie Barrett.
Coventry Utd got back to winning ways in some style, scoring nine times without reply away to Gillingham. Maz Gauntlett had a great day as she bagged herself a four-goal haul, Amber Hughes netted a double and also on target were Alison Hall, Helen Dermody and Leah Seivwright.
