Sarah Agger netted both goals as Blackburn Rovers held on to the leadership of the Northern Division with a 2-0 victory over Sheffield Utd. Middlesbrough made sure of keeping pace with them, they defeated Brighouse Town 11-3 with Bianca Owens on target six times, Abbey Loughran contributing a hat-trick and the others coming from Eve Gatens and Rebekah Bass. Hannah Campbell bagged a brace as Bradford City won 2-0 away to Guiseley Vixens and Rachael Ackroyd scoring the only goal of the game for Hull City in their victory over Bolton Wanderers.
Coventry Utd are the new leaders of the Midland Division after their 5-2 victory at West Bromwich Albion. Lois Jefferies led the scoring with a hat-trick and there was one apiece from Jade Mellor and Georgina Presswell. Long Eaton Utd meanwhile ran out 4-0 winners away to previously unbeaten Cardiff City Ladies thanks to Gracie Burrows, Anya-Mae Cresswell, Viki Adam and Carla Thornton.
Derby County progressed in the Reserve Section League Cup with a 2-1 win against Leicester City Women. All of the goals came during the first half, Harriet Heaney and Anita Gaspar were on target for Derby while Leicester replied through Shannon Henson. Also through are Portsmouth, who defeated Denham Utd 6-1 thanks to Emma-Jane May (2), Rebecca Bell, Sharna Capel-Watson, Eshe Johnson, Beth Roche and Kayleigh Tonks.
