Northern Division One
Newcastle Utd maintained their recent improving form with a 4-2 victory at fourth placed Morecambe. Christina Deverdics, Siobhan Jones, Steph Ord and Nicole Dack were all on target for the Lady Magpies, with Charlotte Higginson and Hannah Paling replying.
South East Division One
One match also managed to beat the weather in this division, at Enfield Town where the home side ran out 6-0 winners over Haringey Borough. An own goal and Sheryce Slater ensured that Enfield were two goals ahead at half time and after the break, Andrea Vivas netted a brace along with Daisy Jenkins and Danielle Smith to help take their side up into a mid-table position.
South West Division One
Southampton Women have gone level on points with leaders Keynsham Town after scoring six times without reply past Larkhall Athletic. Emma Pinner led the scoring with a hat-trick, Philippa Holden weighed in with a brace and Sheree Bell-Jack was also on target to make it eight wins from eight games.
Maidenhead Utd meanwhile claimed their second victory in successive weeks, a 3-2 success against Cheltenham Town which keeps them in fifth place. Substitute Lucy Casey netted a second half brace to add to Alex Dover's early strike, while the visitors replied through Ella Hitchcox and an own goal.
It was a good day for St Nicholas as they notched up their first league win of the season, 6-3 away to Basingstoke Town and they are off the bottom of the table. Rhian Robbins bagged a hat-trick, Adele Hooper added a double and Sophie Sweet was also on the scoresheet, while the home side found the net through Shannon King, Lianne Hill and Charlotte Hull (see match report).
No matches were played in Midlands Division One.
