Manchester City is delighted to announce goalkeeper Ellie Roebuck has signed her first professional contract with the Club, which will see her continue at City until the end of the 2018-19 season.
Roebuck first joined the Manchester City set up from Sheffield United in 2016 and has gone on to make 12 appearances, including her UEFA Women's Champions League debut in October 2017.
Speaking about her new contract, Roebuck said: "I am really excited to sign my first professional contract with Manchester City. Over the last year I have learned so much about the game and the support from the players and coaching staff here has been invaluable. It's a great place to be and I can't wait to see what the future holds."
Nick Cushing, manager for the Manchester City women's team, added: "Ellie has really improved over the last year and it's a pleasure to have her at Manchester City. We want good players and good people on our squad and Ellie has shown that she deserves to be part of the team."
