East Midlands League
Loughborough Students continue to make their way up the Premier Division table and leapfrogged Mansfield Hosiery Mills after beating them 2-1. Eleasha Hyner and Grace Stanley scored the goals to see the students complete a double over their opponents, whose consolation came from Amy Jones.
There was a change of leadership in Division One South after Peterborough Utd won 4-2 away to AFC Leicester, to open up a three point lead over previous table toppers Oadby & Wigston Dynamo. Jeorgia Carr led the scoring for Peterborough with a hat-trick, and Keir Perkins was also on target.
Eastern Region League
Only one match managed to beat the weather throughout the whole of the league on Sunday, in Division One South where Harlow Town ran out 8-1 winners over Hoddesdon Town Owls. Chloe Bassett, Tayla Handscomb and Abbey Dell netted two goals apiece for Harlow who narrow the gap on second place, while Nicole Learner and Hannah Clifford were also on target.
London & South East League
No league matches were played on Sunday but both League Cup semi finals did take place, with the two results setting up a highly anticipated Final between the top two.
AFC Phoenix went through with a 5-1 victory over Fulham FC Foundation. Their opponents in the Final will be Crawley Wasps, who defeated Parkwood Rangers 3-0 with goals from Naomi Cole, Faye Rabson and Kemina Webber (see match report).
North West League
There was only one game played in the league over the weekend, in Division One South. Sarah Penney and Ellie Caddick scored the goals as West Didsbury & Chorlton stepped up their challenge for a top two place by beating Liverpool Marshalls Feds Res 2-1.
