Northern Division One League leaders Hull City were held to a 1-1 draw by Mossley Hill but have extended their advantage at the top to five points. Olivia Ellinson scored for Mossley, to help boost their fight to climb off the bottom of the table, whilst Hull's goal came from Rachael Ackroyd. Chester-le-Street Town meanwhile picked up three valuable points with a 3-2 success away to Morecambe. Nichole Goundry-Havery bagged a brace for the Cestrians with Brogan Prudhoe adding the other, while Yasmine Swarbrick replied twice for Morecambe. South East Division One Ipswich Town climbed up into second place after they defeated Enfield Town 5-2. Amanda Crump netted two fthe goals for the Suffolk side and she was joined on the scoresheet by Lindsey Cooper, Sophie Welton and Gemma Moore, with both of Enfield's replies coming from Katherine Long. South West Division One Southampton Women continue to stretch the pace and extended their winning run to thirteen matches with a 3-0 success against Maidenhead Utd. Emma Pinner gave Southampton a first half lead and they added further goals after the break through Kirsty Whitton and Jane Yeates (see match report). Plymouth Argyle remain hard on Southampton's heels in second but they were pushed all the way by Poole Town before emerging as 3-2 winners. Zoe Cunningham twice gave Argyle the lead during the first half, with Jemma Tewkesbury and Faye Rolfe-Hawkins replying on each occasion, before Natasha Knapman scored what proved to be a decisive third, ten minutes into the second half.
