Motherwell regain leadership
 Women's Football WSL2 News - 19 Apr 2018
Motherwell have returned to the top of SWPL 2 after coming from behind to win 6-2 at Glasgow Girls.
Lauren Evans and Rachel Halliday put Glasgow two goals ahead but Suzanne Mulvey and Hayley Cunningham levelled matters by the break and they went on to seal the points after the break with further strikes from Caitlin Russell, Kirsty McLaughlin, Cunningham and Sammy Hare.
FC Kilmarnock had started the day as leaders but are back in second place after losing 4-2 to St Johnstone, who move level on points with them. Rachel Todd, Jade McDonald, Hannah Clark and an own goal gave St Johnstone their third win, with Collette Fleming and Sara Paterson replying.
Ashley Carse and Pamela Liddell netted two goals apiece as Hearts won 4-3 against Central Girls Academy, whose responses came from Naomi Welch, Ellie Kane and Abby Callaghan.
All of the goals came during the first half as Aberdeen returned to form by beating Edinburgh University Hutchison Vale 4-0. Chloe Gover was on target twice along with Kelly Forrest and Lynn Duncan.
