The two newly promoted sides are continuing to set the early pace in the division, headed by Billericay Town who were 6-1 winners over Stevenage Ladies.
Sam Pittuck and Jay Blackie each scored twice along with Zoe Rushen and Lucy Jones, whilst Nicole Emmings replied for Stevenage.
Crawley Wasps join Billericay on six points after their 1-0 victory away to Enfield Town, Rachel Palmer scoring the only goal of the game during the second half.
Cambridge Utd notched up their first win of the season, 3-0 at Leyton Orient. Kelley Blanchflower netted two of the goals for the U's, with Becky Shephard adding the other.
AFC Wimbledon also won for the first time, 3-1 against Luton Town. Sophie Manzi and Sian Wylie scored to put the Dons ahead at half time, with Rachel Carter replying, before Manzi made the game safe late on with her second goal.
Five different players were on the scoresheet for Ipswich Town as they reversed the result in their opening match of the season, winning 5-1 away to Actonians Ladies. Nicole Pannifer, Natalie Richardson, Natasha Thomas, Laken Duchar-Clark and Paige Wakefield all netted a goal apiece for the Suffolk side, with the home side's consolation coming from Mariko Engels.
Norwich City and Denham Utd each recorded their first point of the season when sharing a 2-2 draw. Annie Hewitt gave Denham a tenth minute lead which was quickly cancelled out by Chelsea Garrett. With eleven minutes remaining, Garrett scored her second, which looked to have sent Norwich on their way towards victory until Jo Torr salvaged a point for Denham late on.
