Blackburn Rovers scored seven times without reply away to Sheffield FC and are one point off the pace, with a game in hand. Sunderland made it four wins on the trot with a 5-0 victory over Doncaster Rovers Belles. Keira Ramshaw, Jordan Atkinson, Georgia Gibson and Emily Hutchinson ensured that the Wearsiders were four ahead at half time, with an own goal rounding off the scoring in the second half.

Middlesbrough are level on points with Huddersfield Town after beating them 3-2. Holly Manders gave 'Boro a first half lead which was cancelled out by Brittany Sanderson and Emily Scarr put them back in front, early in the second half. Manders scored what turned out to be a decisive second goal, despite Sarah Danby pulling one back for Town during injury time.

Guiseley Vixens moved into the top half of the table on the back of a 2-0 win against Nottingham Forest. Olivia Auker put Guiseley ahead midway through the first half and Eleanor Hall made the game safe with the second, twelve minutes from time.

Hull City meanwhile recorded their first victory in the division, 5-2 over Fylde Ladies. Emily Smith was on target twice for Hull along with Natasha Cooke, Misty Russell and Jo Symington, whilst Fylde's goals came from Nikki Berko and Jenna Carroll.
