Motherwell were presented with the SWPL 2 trophy following their match with Hearts, but were unable to mark it with a victory as they were held to a 1-1 draw by their third placed opponents.
Kerry Montgomery did give the Women of Steel an early lead with Pamela Liddell earning Hearts a share of the spoils.
FC Kilmarnock hold on to second place after battling out a goalless draw with Glasgow Girls, whilst St Johnstone's chances of challenging for the runners-up spot were dealt a blow as they were beaten 2-0 by Edinburgh University Hutchison Vale. Beth MacLeod gave EUHV a tenth minute lead and Yasemin Emek wrapped up the win with the second goal.
Aberdeen have put a difficult couple of weeks to one side with a 7-0 victory over Central Girls Academy. Lauren Gordon led the scoring with a hat-trick, Chloe Gover weighed in with a brace and there was one apiece from Sophie Jamieson and Natalie McCallan.
