Despite being unable to qualify for the Elite Round of the UEFA Women's Under-19 Championship, following defeats against Belgium and Iceland, Wales ended their qualification group in style against hosts Armenia.
Wales ran out 6-0 winners in a dominant display at the FFA Academy Stadium in Yerevan.
After Grace Horrell had earlier missed a penalty by striking the crossbar, she made up for it by finding the back of the net during the 29th minute.
A second penalty was awarded to Wales moments before half time and on this occasion, Elise Hughes took responsibility and sent Amine Harutyunyan the wrong way in the Armenian goal to make it 2-0.
Any chance of an Armenia comeback was thwarted early in the second half when Wales scored two further goals in quick succession as Emily Jones and Ella Powell got the better of Harutyunyan.
Cassia Pike made it 5-0 in the 67th minute before Wales' control of the game was capped off with a sixth goal deep into added time as Jennifer Hughes netted on her debut.
Wales: Aimee Watson, Ffion Morgan (sub Chelsea Deacon 80mins), Lily Woodham (sub Cassia Pike 59mins), Lucia Carpanini, Tamsyn Sibanda, Ella Powell, Grace Horrell, Elise Hughes, Emily Jones (sub Jennifer Hughes 80mins), Shannon Dukes, Nia Rees (sub Chloe Williams 66mins). Subs not used: Olivia Clark, Rhianne Oakley.
