Sheffield Utd went through to the quarter finals of the Reserve Section League Cup after beating holders Blackburn Rovers 6-1. Tania Marsden hit a hat-trick for the Blades along with Brooke Marsden, Veatriki Sarri and Nat Shaw. Middlesbrough came away from Durham Women with a 2-1 victory under their belts, given to them by a brace from Eve Gatens including a last minute winner. Newcastle Utd meanwhile won 5-1 at Leeds Utd, Anna Soulsby netting twice along with Jayden Maxwell, Jane Harland and Amy Hargrave. Kathryn Pagan scored the only goal of the game as West Bromwich Albion beat Stoke City 1-0 and Tottenham Hotspur progressed on a penalty shootout after sharing a 3-3 draw with Crystal Palace.
Chorley have opened up a lead of three points in Northern Division Two with a 5-3 victory over Fylde Ladies. Emily Norcross bagged a brace along with Abigail Fenton, Kadie Morrison and Georgia Walmsley. Chelsea Morton and Chrysa Tsakiri netted the goals as Brighouse Town won 2-0 against Burnley FC Women and this result has taken them into third.
Naomi Lawrence was on target four times for Derby County in their 9-2 success away to Coventry Utd which saw take over the leadership of the Midland Division. Emily Gillott and Danielle Oxley each added doubles and Taviah Myles completed the scoring. Previous leaders Loughborough Foxes were beaten 2-1 by Leicester City Women who move above them into second place. Imogen Hunt and Grace Smith were on the scoresheet for Leicester, with Libbie-Mae Taylor replying. Amy McDermott, Keane Harrison and Beth Coppin netted the goals as Crewe Alexandra defeated Sporting Khalsa 3-2, and Burton Albion were 3-0 winners over Long Eaton Utd.
Millwall Lionesses are up into third place in the South/South East Division, they won 3-1 against Milton Keynes Dons thanks to Chloe Wilkinson, Asanteni Charles and Holly Foley. Mollie Coupar, Charlotte Crisp and Lucy Gateson scored the goals for Cambridge Utd in their 3-3 draw with Norwich City, who responded with a Sasha Diston brace and Rosie George.
One match was played in the South/South West Division, Chichester City taking over at the top of the table with a 4-0 victory away to Lewes. Alex Collighan was on target twice for Chi along with Sara Tubby and Lucy Cook.
