The previous week's victory over Hibernian meant that City needed one point to be Champions once again and goals from Abbi Grant and Lara Ivanusa put them in control at half time. Alana Marshall pulled one back for Spartans after the break but Carly Girasoli restored the two-goal advantage a minute later and an own goal further extended their lead. Rebecca Galbraith found the net again for the visitors but City were home and dry to seal another title success.
Hibernian finish as runners-up once again, rounding off their season by beating Rangers 7-1. Abi Harrison and Rachel McLauchlan both scored hat-tricks and Amy Gallacher added the other as Hibs did all they could to try an capitalise on any slip up by Glasgow City, whilst Jade Gallon netted a conslation for Rangers.
Celtic ended their season on a winning note, 2-1 away to Stirling University. Natalie Ross and Claire Crosbie were on target for the Hoops, with an own goal replying for the home side.
The game between Forfar Farmington and Hamilton Academical ended in a goalless draw, a determined Hamilton side holding out to ensure they finish by picking up a point from their final match, whilst Forfar's first season after promotion has ended with a credible fifth place finish.
