The two delayed Second Round ties in the League Cup were played on Sunday and Cambridge Utd defeated Leyton Orient 3-0.
Emma Jenkins hit a hat-trick to send Cambridge through and they are now away to AFC Wimbledon.
Plymouth Argyle meanwhile booked their place in the last sixteen with a 3-1 victory away to Southampton Women. Helen Bleazard gave Plymouth the lead shortly before half time but after the break, Natalie Bavister brought Southampton back on level terms. The game looked to be heading towards extra time but two goals in the last six minutes from Jessie Jones tilted the match Argyle's way. Plymouth will be at home in the Third Round to South East Division One leaders Crawley Wasps.
The New Saints were the winners of the last remaining Second Round tie in the League Plate, scoring five times without reply past Bradford City. Emily Ridge put TNS in control as she bagged a first half hat-trick, before Laura Morris crowned the win by scoring twice after the break. The New Saints will be at home to Barnsley in the Third Round.
