Keynsham Town are back on top of the table following their 5-2 victory away to Maidenhead Utd.
After Kerry Bartlett had put Keynsham in front early on, the home side hit back and led at the break through Kirsty Matthews and Lucy Casey. A surprise result was looking a real possibility until Laura Williams, Corinne Yorston and Keka all scored in a four minute spell to put Keynsham back in control and Keka completed the win with her second goal, seven minutes from time.
A win would have seen Cheltenham Town regain the leadership but they went down to their first defeat of the season, 1-0 at home to fourth placed Chesham Utd. A second half goal from Natasha Smith gave the Clarets their second win in a row and moves them to within four points of Cheltenham.
Buckland Athletic continue to work their way up the table and after a heavy defeat in their opening match, the Devon side's 2-0 success away to Southampton Saints was their third in four matches. Both goals came in a two minute spell during the second half, Sarah Stacey giving Buckland the lead and Laura Gough quickly adding the second.
The comeback of the day was achieved by Brislington in their 5-3 victory at Poole Town. The Dorset side had led 3-1 with seventeen minutes remaining thanks to a Faye Rolfe-Hawkins double and Hollie Agombar but Brislington, who had earlier scored through Polly Wardle, hit back via two Abbie Kirby goals, as well as Alice Kempski and Clarice White, for their third win of the season.
Swindon Town and Larkhall Athletic meanwhile shared the points after battling out a goalless draw. The draw was Larkhall's second in successive matches and the second for Swindon in three games.
