Kelly Chambers has been named as the FA WSL Manager of the Month for November.
Chambers led Reading FC Women to victories over Bristol City, Brighton and Hove Albion and Everton in November to earn her first Manager of the Month award of the season.
On receiving her trophy from Thomas Lyte, Chambers said: "It is a real honour to receive this award. It's definitely not credit just to myself, my team, the players and staff have had a massive input into our achievements over November."
Chair of the League Managers Association panel Marieanne Spacey-Cale said: "In the FA Women's Super League, Kelly's Reading side put some clear daylight between the teams below them with a perfect month in November.
"Taking nine points from three games meant they jumped two places into fourth and Kelly will be challenging her team to maintain this form into the second half of the WSL season."
Meanwhile, the manager's award in the FA Women's Championship went to Casey Stoney, who led Manchester United to a 100% record during the month of November, culminating with a victory over Tottenham Hotspur which took them back to the top of the table.
Casey's award caps a double success for United in the month of November, with striker Mollie Green being the recipient of the Player of the Month award.
Danielle van de Donk, of Arsenal, has been named as the FA Women's Super League Player of the Month for November.
The Netherlands midfielder was in fine form last month, scoring three goals in three fixtures, including a stunning strike during their victory against Everton.
