Hearts hold onto the leadership of SWPL 2 despite going down to their first defeat of the season, 1-0 at the hands of newly promoted Dundee Utd.
A first half strike from Neve Guthrie gave United their first win in the league and kept up their unbeaten record.
A win would have taken Glasgow Girls to the top but they remain in second after battling out a 1-1 draw with Hamilton Academical. Glasgow got off to a great start and took the lead just before the half hour through a well struck effort from Chloe Docherty but the Accies battled back during the second half and earned themselves a share of the spoils when Amy Anderson scored from the penalty spot, fifteen minutes from time.
FC Kilmarnock collected their first victory of the season, a 2-0 win away to St Johnstone, and this takes them up into fourth place. Colette Fleming and Lauren Chisholm netted the goals to crown a fine result for their side.
The other scheduled match between Hutchison Vale and Patrick Thistle was postponed.
