The only match played in Northern Division One was the top of the table clash between Sheffield Utd and leaders Blackburn Rovers. The spoils were shared with the match finishing level at 2-2, Sophie Charlton and Eve Clarkson scoring the goals for Blackburn who stay two points clear at the top, with a game in hand.
Chorley have opened up a lead of three points in Northern Division Two after running out 7-2 winners away to Barnsley. Chloe Wild led the scoring with a four-goal haul and there was one apiece from Kadie Morrison, Debbie Price and Abbie MacKay, with Ellie Brightmore and Niamh Ryalls replying. Guiseley Vixens are a further three points adrift in third following their 4-1 victory over Leeds Utd, courtesy of Olivia Auker, Monika Estere Stube, Milly Ash and an own goal.
Only one match managed to survive the weather in the Midland Division, an important clash near the top of the table between Leicester City and Derby County. Leicester went into the game with an unbeaten record but it disappeared as Derby claimed a 1-0 victory, which takes them above their opponents and into second place, although both teams trail leaders Stoke City by nine points. Danielle Oxley scored the only goal of the game during the second half.
No matches were played in the South/South East Division but there was action in the South/South West Division, Queen's Park Rangers and Southampton Women sharing a 2-2 draw. Nancy Baker-Keane and Kasha Petit scored the goals for Rangers, with Jennifer King and Kayleigh Tonks replying.
