Blackburn Rovers completed another successful season in Northern Division One on a winning note, beating Durham Women 2-1 with goals from Carra Jones and Charlotte Redman. Courteney Csomor, Autumn Houseley, Nat Shaw, Jordan Spurr and Georgia Willson were all on the scoresheet as Sheffield Utd defeated Middlesbrough 5-1. Newcastle Utd came away from Hull City with a 3-1 victory under their belts, Rachel Bell (2) and Beth Gardener accounting for their goals.
The top of the table clash in Northern Division Two saw Guiseley Vixens win 2-0 against Chorley, but it was not quite enough to prevent them from winning the title. Amy Knott and Demi Wisher were on target for Guiseley but Chorley take the title on goal difference. Murron Alldread (2), Emily Cook and Ellie Richardson were on the scoresheet as Brighouse Town beat Barnsley 4-0.
Derby County are all but certain to finish in second place in the Midland Division after running out 4-1 winners away to Champions Stoke City, Naomi Lawrence and Danielle Oxley each netting twice. Leicester City follow on after beating Crewe Alexandra 9-1, spearheaded by a four-goal haul from Shannon Henson. Gracie-Mai Williams weighed in with a double and there was one apiece from Rhea Bailey, Grace Lowe and Grace Smith. West Bromwich Albion defeated Nottingham Forest 6-1 thanks to Grace Harris (2), Rebecca Gompertz, Marianne Taho, Charlie Whitehouse and Kathryn Pagan, whilst Viktoria Adam, Elizabeth Harris and Alyss-Anya Hill were on target as Long Eaton Utd came from two goals behind to beat Loughborough Foxes 3-2.
In the South/South East Division, Charlton Athletic won 3-0 away to Gillingham courtesy of goals in the last ten minutes from Jessica Carpanini, Elizabeth O'Callaghan and Melanie Parreno Espinosa.
Runners-up AFC Wimbledon won 2-1 against title winners Crystal Palace in the South/South West Division, Sophie Manzi netting both of their goals. Chichester City meanwhile defeated Denham Utd 4-0 thanks to Ellis Bloomfield, Shanice Heywood, Sophie Phelps and Natasha Wild. Skye Bacon (2), Ella Newman and Jaime Quinn were all on the scoresheet as Lewes notched up a 4-1 victory over Queen's Park Rangers.
