The League Cup continued over the weekend with the latest round of group matches and four teams still retain an interest in Group A as the honours were shared. Brighouse Town stay on top despite being held to a 2-2 draw by Bradford City, who registered their first point. Lucie Fieldhouse and Holly Mattison were on target for Brighouse, with Bradford replying through Charlotte Sales and Megan Maxted. Rebecca Henderson and Megan Farrell scored the goals as Durham Women came from two behind to also finish level at 2-2 with Leeds Utd, who had been in front thanks to Megan Smith and Emma Lee.
 
In Group B, Burnley FC Women and Chorley battled out a 1-1 draw which does neither team's hopes any favours. Kathryn Halligan gave Burnley the lead on the hour, with Chorley earning themselves a point with an equaliser from Shannon Heffron.
 
Huddersfield Town continue to lead the way in Group C following their 7-1 victory away to Lincoln City. Tara Duce hit a hat-trick for Huddersfield along with Emma Samways (2), Molly Ellis and Lois Scholefield. Gabriella Foulkes led the scoring with a four-goal haul as Leicester City defeated Sheffield FC 12-3 to stay one point behind in second place. Zaiga Lacite and Rachel Lawrence each scored twice, with the tally being completed by Jessica Carnwell, Beau Studholme, Alex O'Neill and an own goal.
 
There was a change of leadership in Group E with Coventry Utd taking over at the top after scoring seven times without reply past Sporting Khalsa. Ellie White was on target four times along with Amber Downs, Amelia Shiner and Jasmine Sherrell.
 
Crystal Palace held on to top spot in Group F with a 6-1 victory away to Norwich City. Ronnell Homes netted a brace with one apiece from Ellie Johnson, Tayla Lock and Lucy Robinson as well as an own goal. Charlton Athletic U21 made sure of keeping pace with Palace; they defeated Gillingham 9-2 thanks to a hat-trick apiece from Shamoy Campbell, Georgia Griffin and Olivia Hembrough.
 
Group G leaders AFC Basildon saw their winning run come to an end as they were beaten 2-1 by Lewes. Ava Hutson and Kitty Chalkley scored the goals to take the Rookettes level on points with Basildon, who stay top on goal difference. Ashleigh Marchant netted twice and Fern Colepio the other as AFC Wimbledon drew 3-3 with Chichester City, who replied through Loulou Robson (2) and Rhianne Parsons to give both teams their first point.
