Holders Cardiff Met Women are one of three teams who are through to the semi finals of the League Cup, booking their passage from their group with a 3-0 victory over Port Talbot Town on Sunday.

The other team from the group due to join them is yet to be decided, with either Port Talbot or Cyncoed Ladies set to go through. An own goal by Caitlin Williams brought the scores level again and both sides had to settle for a point apiece.
Carditf City FC are in the last four after they defeated Abergavenny Women 5-1, joining Swansea City as quaifiers from their group. Kate Jeremiah gave Cardiff a fourteenth minute lead against her former club but an Amelia Forkings own goal brought Abergavenny level on the stroke of half time.
